Is there still anyone waiting for COPR since May 27th or before, or am I the only one receiving special treatment?

Does anyone know how and if its possible to change the address submitted on the PR Portal? Its still says in Review and no COPR
I'm moving by the end of the month. I thought I was going to be able to receive everything by the 31st but it looks that they are going to take their sweet time.

Has anybody tried it?

May be my case is similar here.
I applied for BOWP while my AOR was in process (AOR - March 31st 2021).
I received portal email on July 20th and submitted all details on the same day and still waiting for eCOPR.
Then on July 22nd, my WP was approved and received the WP today in mail.
So is there a possibility that they will now work on my eCOPR approval?
Does anyone have a similar situation?

PR Card approved and mailed 10 August

I been waiting for month. Called agent and they put a note that i am inside a Canada which was received by visa office. Let's see how long it will take more
