i dont know how long we need to wait people getting in max one week

I don't understand why is so random... there're people after may 31 who received credentials between 1 to 3 days.
I also sent a follow up but nothing yet

I see you are a software dev, you will get extra info if you examine the portal with devtools and look for the "cases" endpoint.

You can recover deleted email from your computer unless you also emptied trash bin
