Hi everyone! We uploaded our info in the portal Monday last week (december 14) and our address and photo is still under review. Etobicoke office

Guys, please help me. What if you can’t reply to the email because the email was sent to your agent?
I asked my agent to reply and I also sent an email to (the agent forwarded the original email to me and I forwarded to the portal email)
But it was last week, there is 7 days without a reply.
Any thoughts?

Give it a few days more - it's Holiday time, very possible the agent is not working

Havent received anything yet.
Is there a hope to receive it by tomorrow?

I got on 16 dec replied same day.. uploaded address and photo but still showing under review with IRCC...

Me and few other guys uploaded photos and address two weeks ago, Dec 3 or 4, but non of us has heard anything back yet. I am not sure if it is because the new Alberta lockdown. We are all in Calgary. I am not sure who to ask, if there is anyone to talk to. I was hoping to go to school in January. I am not sure what to do now.

I am in Calgary too and I received the email about the profile in the portal from Calgary office. I submitted the photo and address last Thursday and still waiting. The office that contacted you for the profile in CoPR portal was from Calgary? May I ask when you received the first email and also when you submitted your address as well as photo?

Sure!yeah it was from Calgary office and I got the first email on Wednesday morning and I submitted photo and address on the same day.

Sure!yeah it was from Calgary office and I got the first email on Wednesday morning and I submitted photo and address on the same day.
I received the email from Calgary office regarding the portal on Dec 22nd. Replied after an hour or so. Received the link in the next hour. Uploaded photo and address address. Nothing since then.

So the same thing happened with me. I also waited an entire week.
my representative received the email on Monday - Dec 14 and it was forwarded to me on Wednesday - Dec 16. I replied with my required details the very same day and I didn't hear back for good 1 week. even called IRCC and they have no clue about this as Local VO doesn't add notes to your GCMS. The IRCC agents just give you standard answers to wait and be patient and infact one person even told me that no point raising webforms because they will also see the same information and I see no incoming communication.

Here's what I thought I may have done wrong the first time - It said "Reply to this email" and instead I had forwarded the same email that I received from my representative.

SO .. DO THIS - I took a shot of sending the email again to the same portal email address and I guess it worked because of this ..

Send that same email with your details again. check the subject line in that email should not have FW: .. instead it should have Re:

I did this on Wednesday Dec 23, I send the email again with the subject line changed from

FW: IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal

and changed it to

Re: IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal


and Voila !! .... I received the email with portal login temporary password the very next day i.e. today Dec 24.

I'm just guessing that they have some sort of email filter that doesn't recognize emails that are forwarded to this mailbox because if you see the original email it says "REPLY TO THIS EMAIL" .. so may be this did the trick .. I hope this trick works for you too though now they are close till Monday - Dec 28

Try calling them and tell them that you have info for them. they send your link to web form( case report fom) you fill it and submitted, they kind of open access to you to upload info to your application. otherwise it goes to the agent and it might take time for him to see it
