For parents looking to hire a caregiver/nanny for their kid, is there an age limit for the child under the new program? Also, does the child need to have a disability of some fort so that the job offer is approved? IRCC does not provide much information about this as far as I'm aware.

For the age limit, I would say it should be around the age of the child when they still cannot be left alone at home.

The child does not need to have disability.

In planning to apply PR under the new path,but I'm stuck with education background, I have GED international, is that ok to apply PR?should I send it for the assessment or I could just out it all together with my application document?

Only IRCC can decide on that. In my opinion it is unlikely that you will qualify given your current background. Have you thought about enrolling yourself in a caregiver course? I heard that this alone can be sufficient sometimes. Another thing to consider is that your employer is also your cousin. IRCC might look deeper into that and question whether the need to hire you is genuine.

Did any of you apply without any experience nor caregiver certificate? I want to hire my sister to take care of my daughter but she doesn't have any child care experience at all. The only experience she had was taking care of her own kids.

I was looking at this - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-0104-home-care-support/tr-overseas.html and it said

Note: For the Home Child Care Provider Pilot you must have provided in-home care to children under the age of 18 in an occupation listed under NOC 4411, other than a foster parent.

So, I'm not sure if related experience is really required or not. Anyone who could enlighten me? Appreciate anyone's input.
