Hello,
As you may know the "new" NOC List came out on Jan.31,2012 and there are some subtantial changes.
A new NOC version comes out every 6 years.
I filed an AEO under NOC-1235 (Customs Broker) back in Dec.12, 2012.
The New NOC list (2011 version) came out effective on Jan.31, 2012. and now it became NOC-1315 (Same job description) I have not filed a FSW application yet, When I send my FSW application should do it under the NOC in which AEO was approved (even though the number does not exist anymore) or under the "new" NOC ? I'm affraid there could some discrepancies since they are different numbers, even though it's for the same occupation and job descripition. Is there anyone here going through the same situation? Is there anyone else affected by the new NOC list?
