Either way po you should be fine. Yung sa kin sinama ko yung Middle Name as part of Given Name as I noticed sa passport ng asawa ko, kasama yung MN nya with his GN. But when CIC addresses me in every correspondence esp my name on ecas and MyCIC, there is no mention of my MN.

May mga members din po dito na paalis pa lang or nakaalis na, most of them they never included their MN sa GN.

Whichever way you do it, it will not be a mistake

Si CIC na po ang bahala dun. Alam naman nila na ang MN sa Philippines is maiden name. Kaya nga siguro they are addressing me with just my GN and LN kahit isinama ko sa GN form yung MN ko.

For your peace of mind, Ok lang din na isama mo yun as you fill out the form with your GN.

An update.

Hubby received an email regarding free pre-arrival services with the word "eligible" this morning. However, myCIC shows that his eligibility is still under review & BG check is not yet in progress. ECAS shows Medical Results received and no DM yet. Anyone with the same experience?
