I submitted mine via VFS-Malaysia and VFS Malaysia sent it in Singapore. Oct 5 ko nasubmit at Oct 5 din nareceived ng VAC singapore. Still waiting for my passport. Sabi nung mga kasama ko d2 in Malaysia who submitted their passport same as mine (their application was for Express Entry and processed via Ottawa), they received it after 2 weeks.

Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on July 30, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 30, 2015.
We started processing your application on September 28, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

according to my timeline, july po nila na received you application namin.
Hindi ko po maintindihan if July applicant po ba ako or September?
December po ba matatapos yong waiting period namin? belong po kasi sa 17month process.

sa mga naka relate po, ano po ba kadalasang addiotional requirements ng VO? Thank you po

Including assessment and processing times are 17month waiting period.

This was the previous processing time until the 1st quarter of 2016 ata. If I can recall it right, parang from 17 months to 15 months and now 13 months. 13 months processing seemed to have started parang mga around 2nd quarter of this year. So in the case of @mynameismarj, when they submitted their app in July 2015, obviously the processing that time was 17 months pa.

When i checked kanina sa website nila. It says that its being processed in VISA OFFICE MANILA..
Ibig po ba sabihin na iforward na nila sa embassy ung passports namin or nasa VFS pa rn po?

Wala pa nga eh. Yung mga kasabay ko nagpasa, VOH na sila. Kahit man lang sana DM sa ecas wala din. Yung mga nagpasa nung oct 12..DM na sila nung 15.
