Thanks Mariechan. Wow! Konting kembot ka na lang pala :) I wish and pray that you soon get the remaining items to complete your timeline *fingers and toes crossed* Your application must have gotten to the hands of a lenient immigration/visa officer. Hubby and I are still in the process of compiling all documents needed upfront but at the same time, have started filling up forms. Hoping also to have a lenient officer once we file our application so the interview may also be waived *I wish* ;)

About your timeline, punta ka lang sa Profile mo. Then, under Modify Profile, click mo yung Forum Profile Information and from there, fill-up/enter mo na yung different categories.

Charlem,

PPR kana ba? Halos sabay lang tayo ng timeline. Nagemail ako sa mvo about dun sa expired medical ko, they replied this morning (not the computer auto response) sabi sa email na my papers are still in process in their manila office. Though it sounds generic response, I guess nakita nila or tinignan nila ang file ko.

yes, exactly the same email...kaya lang nakaka confuse kasi yung link for photo specs was updated last Feb 2016 at yung birth certificate ng sponsor na hindi naman included sa previous checklist when we submitted last December 2015...aside from that wala namang naka specify na gaya ng sinabi nyo nga na meron talagang specific na pinapasubmit...

anyway, from AOR2 at pagka submit ng required documents...after ilang weeks ang PPR ninyo leof? thanks a lot

· If your submission includes a cover letter, this must be saved separately in one (1) PDF file

SUBMITTING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS:

In cases where original documents are required, these must be submitted thru the Visa Application Centre (VAC) nearest to your place of residence. Find a VAC in your area at

**Documents must be submitted by ONE method only. Sending documents through duplicate or multiple channels will result in processing delays.

COMMUNICATING WITH OUR OFFICE:

We encourage all communications with our office by email. Therefore, please ensure that you provide us with a valid email address and that you check your email account regularly for any new communication from our office.

STATUS INQUIRIES AND CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT:

Due to our limited resources which are dedicated to processing the thousands of applications currently in our office, we will not respond to requests for status updates or confirmation of receipt of submitted documents if your application is within standard processing times. For information on our processing times, go to

INTERVIEWS:

You are not required to present yourself in person at the Embassy unless you are specifically convoked to an interview. A decision will be made by an officer on whether or not an interview is reasonably required in due course. At this time, no interview has been scheduled.

Should an officer determine that an interview is required, you will be notified in a separate letter. You will also be notified in writing of requirements for your interview, if any, prior to the date of the interview, and you will be provided with further instructions at that time.

CHANGE IN CIRCUMSTANCES:

You must immediately advise our office by email should there be a change in your personal circumstances, or the personal circumstances of any of your family members, whether they are accompanying you to Canada or not. This might include any of these situations:

· Change in civil status by reason of marriage, divorce, separation, annulment or death;
· Death of applicant, family member or sponsor;
· Birth or adoption of a child;
· Change in health, including pregnancy;
· The laying of any criminal charges or criminal convictions;
· Change in your mailing address, email address, contact number;
· Change or cancellation of immigration representative;
· Withdrawal of your application

UNDECLARED AND UNEXAMINED FAMILY MEMBERS:

Paragraph 117(9)(d) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations excludes from future sponsorship any foreign national who is not declared and examined at the time the prospective sponsor applies for and obtains permanent residence. If you or any of your family members fail to declare and present for examination any family member as defined by the Regulations, then you or your family member will not be able to sponsor the undeclared family member at a later date as a member of the family class.

Subsection 1(3) of the Regulations defines “family member” in respect of a person as
(a) the spouse or common-law partner of the person;
(b) a dependent child of the person or of the person’s spouse or common-law partner; and
(c) a dependent child of a dependent child referred to in paragraph (b).

All family members, whether or not they are accompanying you to Canada, MUST be declared and presented for examination to assess whether they are admissible to Canada. A false declaration on your IMM5406 (Additional Family Information form), any failure to declare a family member, or failure to present a family member for examination constitutes misrepresentation and may render you inadmissible to Canada for five (5) years.

Need help answering the Generic Application IMM 0008, under Dependant. One of my children is 15 yrs old and incoming Grade 10, confirm ko lang yung Highest Level of Education, it should be "None", right? Yung Secondary or less kasi stated "High school diploma obtained or entering College or University". Although she is high school but not yet graduated, so it should be none. Would appreciate confirmation from anyone esp those with dependents and are student. TIA

Also, yung sa National Identity Document, it should be "No"? Kasi wala naman tayong ganun dito. Again, thanks in advance sa mga sasagot at mag-confirm.
