updated the docs and paid only the fee, bio updated as they ask you to mention UCI number.
New application no update yet. Waiting eagerly

I know but fingers crossed, even work permit guys are getting approval from Abu Dhabi embassy so just praying that they shud respond quickly. whats your status

Nothing yet. Im just waiting to see the response for people who reapplied and have their local vo as Abu Dhabi. Because i dont have any hope if they are going to do the same process of assigning it to local VOs. If this is a centralized process from Canada then yeah I will reapply.

Hey Guys, hope someone can help. I applied for TRV (tourist) online on September 12th. This is from india. I still haven’t received the BIL. I had booked an appointment before applying for September 21st. How long does it usually take to get BIL?

Hi, when you resubmit it, do you update the travel plan. I applied visa for my mum in January, 2021. Her travel plan would be from March to April, 2021 and it already passed that period. Should I update the travel plan?
Also , about finance thingy, should I update my newest bank balance and paystub?

No changes were made to the documents. My wife updated same documents including invite, bank statements and travel plans. Her original travel dates were in October. But I think if your travel dates have passed and or documents are outdated like 3 months or more, it may be better to submit updated documents. Once you re-apply, they don’t consider the old application file. Hope it helps

Thank you.. No updates/changes. Same file, same itinerary (was for October). If documents are old, better to resubmitting updated ones.

Has anyone applied through portal? I applied for my parents in March 2020, and application is still in progress. If we follow the link from the website. It is taking to the portal. Wondering what is the success of using CIC portal?
