The new federal skilled trades program will start accepting applications as of January 2nd -2013 but we still don't have the clear regulations and lots of questions are still up in the air.
1. Which occupations NOC codes are included in the program?
2. The job offer is it LMO based or AEO based?
3. Which provincial authority will decide whether the applicant is job ready or not?
And I am sure there are other questions going around on this board. Someone should have an answer for these questions. Maybe the minister will announce something tomorrow ...
