New forms for TRV...which application form .confused & help needed please .

Hi I am going to apply for the trv soon..please help me clear the following confusion:

starting may 4th..there are new forms for applications within Canada as per cic website, and when i do the online eligibility test to get the persoal checklist , it shows me this is what I have to submit :Application for Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside of Canada (IMM5257)
???? big joke....I will be applying from inside canada..!! then I Check the paper application package here :http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp ..on the second option its showing :Applicants in Canada [IMM 5721] (PDF, 577 KB)..but when yo click there for doc checklist, again it shows app for temp res visa 5257 .


so the qestion is which form do we fill,,,,,5257 or 5721..I think the latter is correct but in both the places its showing 5257..and what about he schedule 1..do we have to fill that as well?



I have few more questions ..since the onlie application is showing the wrong form , ie ''app from outside canada''..I am planning to send it by mail...so 1. do we send the passport along with the application and other docs or send it later 2. How do we pay when making paper app? they said we can pay online again I tried that ..but I think its fr online appl only ???...even if we have to pay through bank..we have o order for some kinda form..the whole thing is really a big confusion!! I think they removed the requirement of the bank statement recently.....


has anyone applied after may 4..or are aware of all the details ( form,passport and stuff)..pls pls help me...its reall important as I have 2 travel after 1 mnth...

you have to fill TRV application 5257. and enclose the document check list 5721

forget the video just follow the instruction guide book. send you message check it
 
Hello Everyone,
I have applied for my PR under CEC and have received my AOR already and with that AOR I have recently also applied for my BOWP. I am currently unemployed and I am on EI.
I am currently on a Valid Closed Work permit which expires in September 2014.

I live in Toronto, Canada and my friends and me are planning on a trip to Disneyland for a week in the USA, I do have a B1/B2 Visitors Visa for the USA which expires in October 2022 (which was issued in Canada).

We will be traveling my car to go to the USA. I wanted to know if I can exit Canada to go to the USA with my friends and then re-enter Canada safely and without any hassels with immigration at the border.
Or
Is there some kind of Canadian VISA that I would have to apply for to re-enter back into Canada (in addition of the other documents that I already have - which are mentioned above) in addition of the American Visitors Visa (B1/B2 - October 2022) that I already have.

I thank you in advance for your responses and any advice will be greatly appreciated as I prefer to clear all the doubts in my head to avoid any problems with immigration at the borders.

There was no one who was answering! that is why I had to put this on other relevant threads.

You don't need to post comments if my postings annoy you, I am sure you have other things to do!
