New EE result link says something regarding PNP ???

Has anybody seen this:

In the end it says, "This round of invitations included Express Entry candidates from the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, Canadian Experience Class and Provincial Nominee Program."

What do they mean by included EE candidates from PNP? I thought provinces are not confirming previous nominations. And, how could anyone would have got nomination under EE stream of any province so soon?

some provinces are, most aren't. some have allocated a small number for EE.

Yes that's right. But those small numbers will be nominations received from Jan. My question is how could anybody have got nomination ina month???? Because old nominations are not confirmed by the provinces.

BC is. people with BC nominations have the choice to continue the old way or go through EE

Actually, BC won't confirm nomination unless you get it through EE stream

Hey, that's what my doubt is... In the link which I posted above CIC said out of the 779 invites few were from pnp-ee... So I was wondering how could someone get nomination under any pnp-ee stream so fast in a month...!!!
