Just want to take note that the process is indeed moving. The embassy in Manila issued a lot of PPR yesterday then today there were many DM's. This makes the wait bearable knowing that there is a silver lining at the end of it all. While waiting you may want to check this site on Migrating to Canada.

NOC: 3142 ( physiotherapist )
FTH (Foreign Travel History): Yes
Initial Application reached in Canada: November 5th 2010
File Transfer: February 21, 2011
In Process Date: April 12, 2011.
Medical Req Date: April 18, 2011
Medical Done Date: April 22, 2011
Passport Submission Date: April 25, 2011
RPRF Encashed on:May 5, 2011

Please add my details, once you find some time.

yes i received it on 28MAY2011 - LETTER DISPATCHED ON 10MAY11

Then, you will receive good news soon. My RPRF got encashed on May 5th 2011 and I got it on May 9th 2011. Hope we will receive Decision Made ( DM ) status with in June 10th 2011 and will receive the stamped passports with in 1 week of DM status issued date.

Keep patience, one day you will get and surprised.

In my case, it took around 6 months after passport sent.

Do not worry at all ....it is definitely a good sign and it only means that you are getting ur visa very soon maybe within a week ...
The thing is we didnt get our receipt too for RPRF...but the DD got encashed long back....
Receipts can get lost in the post ...since it is not secured but regular post that they use for sending receipts ....
