Can anyone tell me what kinda post will ndvo use to return the passports ?.. register , speed or normal?

Hi Raj.... Even my situation is similar to yours....
But last week (Wednesday) at 1:30 PM I got a call from NDVO and asked me some questions regarding PCC..... that was the recent update after 4 months..... Now again all went for silent.....
Sidestep.... Any news from your side???

thanks...last update from ndvo...: i got this email 27/04/2012 ..Request you to please provide us with your INDIAN MAILING ADDRESS, as we do not mail passports outside India/Nepal. Since we are in the final stage of finalizing your application, your response per return would be appreciated.Please note that the medical validity of your application will be expiring by 1 December 2012.......my extend my return twice and again 22 june i need to again extend return ticket......i m here at India from 13 jan and i dnt understand either they dnt notice that applicant coming and waiting from a long time or may be they dnt know our situation or may be they just ignore and keep us also as regular procedure

I yet to receive my passport becoz my ECAS status was showing DM on May 25th 2012. You guys have any idea Why???

hiii chefrajj how is it possible that after DM on 25th May 2012 u hv still not received ur passports back....i would suggest you to call NDVO asap or contact them through mail !!

@ pratik mate...I received ppr and rprf and no interview called.. I sent ppr and rprf yesterday.

I am still waiting for PPR , I have paid landing fees..how did u get PPR request by call, email or leter? thnx.

note: if you have submitted all the docs they have requested to you and if they are satisfied they won't call for interview. I guess so.

Hey Buddy,

What time it takes normally by Speed post to travel a Doc from Delhi to Anywhere in India.

Is it necessary tht Decision Made Status Appears and than only we get Visa.

I have been Waiting since Long to have Decision Made Status in My ECAS.

You can expect your PP back in 2 to 3 days more.....
Not more than that bec as its DM in ECAS PP were already went for printing..... You may recv it by coming monday....

Questions were like,
Have you applied for NOC......
Did you applied thru consultant....
Whcih consultant...
Did our earlier correspondance wrt your application happened correctly.....
Did you recv our earlier latter which we send on ........... date.....
Then they ask me about PCC, that we have asked PCC also in the same letter and that you have not submitted yet.....
I clarify the doubt that PCC is attached along with PP (at last page)... he said this should not be done as we send all the documents outside (3rd party) to get it verify (final verification) except PP.... so your PCC verification is pending.....he told me that I shouldnt attach/stappled it to the PP...... I told him that thsi is not done by any of us.... PP department only did this and I thought that it may be required by you in this fashion only......
(As, i had send them a CSE 20 days b4) they called me about....
After clerification he asked me to wait for 2 mins.... and after checking personally that PCC is there or not he said that he will proceed ahead with reviewing my application again..... It will take time.....
I told them that my current organisation is sending me for foriegn assignment for 3 months.... & I need PP for that.... He said he will try to send it ASAP but decision has to come from CIC, Nova Scotia......
I told him that I have taken 20 days grace period from organisation to submit the PP ..... Requested him to do send it ASAP.... He said if your DM is positive he will try to send it in 15 working days..... Bt he can not send it b4 any decision came for my application..... He said that at all it doesnt happen in 15 days it wll not take more than 3 weeks then.......
I said THANK YOU....... and accepting each others byes... we kept the phone.......

Thsi is what we CHAT a week b4..... lets see 15 days or 3 weeks or...............
But that is sure.... NDVO work like a clerk...... they are not that intelligent enough to check the documents in one go......

If any sudden situation appears (as always happens in INDIA) it will take 2 more days but within a weeks time Speed post delvr the post at our door step....

Its been observed that after DM within one weeks time you will recv your PP back......

What time it takes after ur local address appears to have Decision Made status?

Pls make a note that showing your current address over ECAS status doesnt mean your application is in review..... It happens many time that you see your local address appearing over ECAS and after some time it disappears.....by not changing a single dot from detailed status.....
Anyways,
the city which you have mentioned in your application against visiting city, that address will appear only after DM status and its been observed that it will start appearing within a weeks time after getting PP......

This means they will forward our file to NDVO ????? than why they dont forward it as soon as possible?
