Hi Mumpy how much time does Vancouver authorities take to give your PR card and health card

Hello everybody,

This is for a friend of mine. He is in USA right now and cannot make in to India. Can he apply for an India PCC, while he is in USA right now?

Please do pour in your experts advice, as he is stuck with this in the very last phase of his application process.

Looking forward to hearing from all.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you Manpreet.

I have still not got my PPs back. Expecting it by coming mid week. I had mailed it on 26th. My timelines are on the left under my forum name.

And thanks yet again for your kind offer. Very sweet of you. I shall take it up should I need :)

By the way I have been worried about your DD for RPRF? Have you found out? DId you pay it? And if you did, then has it been encashed by the beneficiary?

He will need to FAX an authority letter for application and collecting the pcc to any family member or a friend, in such case they will not attach photograph. I had done same procedure for getting my son's PVC as he was in Canada on a student visa.

Hope this helps your friend.

You will find ALL your answers in the CIIP session. Do attend it after you have completed your Medicals. They will send you an invite. Register for it in your country. It's free and....invaluable :)

Is it a general session for all or divided according to NOCs?

Submitted my passports in December 2011, well on 30th December so I guess its technically Jan 2012. Anyways, I still have not heard a thing since from NDVO about them. I'm going sick with worry now. What happens if I have still not heard by July? Do you think I will get pushed back further? Somebody help me get some clarity here..
