can you tell me whats the future of my application, it never been RBVO never. just In-process since november 2010 and I sent full documents in August 2010, but all date are April 2010 and 1st AOR I got in March 2010. end AOR in November 2010 then after no movement.

here is details:
We received your application for permanent residence on March 3, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 15, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on April 20, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you.

By Grace of GOD, Blessing of My parents and support from members here ,I got my PP with Visa Stampped today. and of course, I got tremendous help from this thread. I am really thankful to each and every member of this thread for creating such wonderful supportive atmoshpere. I Pray to GOD that all members of this thread, get their visa soon. and ofcourse, I also believe that after becoming member of this thread, I got the Visa.

I got 2nd AOR letter last in the November 2010 then no communication, I already order CAIPS , waiting for result.
even surprise for me is all date's not changed on e-case, even case is still not move single step since november 2010. either review of VO still not completed? what does it mean still on e-case that pending review..? means CHC still counting points? even after in-process and 2nd AOR issued... hahahaha...

CAIPS will clarify everything. also I think, Buffalo office is taking more time nowadays. so dont panic and dont loose a hope. Please utilise your current time properly to get some advance certification or businees planning. after all, one day you are to get the visa.

I have good education background, certifications, and working with highway security video camera's, working with state police and government transportation project in the USA, handle 2300TB EMC systems, windows security side servers, for 160000 camera's huge space and high security, I have MSCE MCSA CCNE CCNP routing , wireless certifications cleared from USA. I am borred now to read and get more extra unwanted certificates. life si not stable on H1B... so plan for PR.
Anyway waiting for CAIPS only now.

Good News from my side..

We received our Passports with Maple leaf stamping today ....

I would have got it 30 days back..but..as my wifes passport lamination was comming off they asked me to take new passport for her.so i have to take new passport and submit..and exactly after 2 weeks i got them back..yahh i cant see them for another 2 weeks as i am in US and they are in India..
