Hi sandeep,

Seems like we are in same boat and same destination, just our CIC office is different, I sent my passport December 10. 2010 and I am still waiting, when I sent them inquiry they says its in que waiting for assessment, I check my RPRF Draft its has been cashed last month, I don't know what should I do,

sandeep yes jassi is right VISA can be rejected any time ......but in your case it seems chances of that happening are very slim as......normally if there is an issue with the PP or anything else....medical or a rejection they don't take that long.....15-20 days you get the bad news.....seems your file is eating dust somewhere in the VO ...they will pickup and finalize it according to their protocol....

Hi Jassi,

According to your reply, it means that they can reject the case even after pp submission. Its ridiculous, this can happen with me also, who is waiting for visa since last six months? This is injustice to do such thing.

Can you see which date the visa was stamped. Was it on the day your status got changed to DM or before that, please share.
