One of my friend was telling me that if the principle applicant is in INDIA, they might get the re-medical/DM/PPR sooner than the people in Canada on TRV. Not sure if this is the reason why most of the pending May/June/July applicants are not getting re-medical/DM/PPR.

Could be right
My spouse was on trv and I can see the time they are taking after re-med.

idont think u done any thing wrong,m also thinking to do same ,why they are not touching june files,,my friend got visa today she is july applicant, any body any idea why they left only june month??????

Do you know which date of July she applied on? I have only seen 1 or 2 July applicants on this forum getting visa. At least we can get an idea if they are processing a particular week or just randomly picking files.

More staff deployed to process refugee applications. Looks like our wait just got a bit longer :(

Since the re-medical was through email, the PPR should also be through email. Strange that they are sending letter for PPR. Did your wife check her spam folder?
That's correct that case specific inquiry may take time. Sometimes they may not even respond to an inquiry. Sending the inquiry and email are the backup options. Your first option is through your MP.

The email is correct. Also mark a copy to the email delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

Spam and trash folders of email are empty; have been checking them regularly.

Will email like you suggested. Thanks for your help.

today I got my notes reply and I saw my husband recommend for interview already it's been 13 month complete and now how much more wait , don't know yet ? Pls suggest me should I send them additional documents, because I went to India to see my husband on our first wedding anniversary , I have more photos and boarding pass .

if you have an interview recommended you must certainly send them proofs of visit photos and boarding pass
also check in the officers comments what exactly are their concerns

Good Luck

CIC Updated Processing time for each country:

List is under the link :

http://www.cicnews.com/2016/05/ircc-update-spousalcommonlaw-sponsorship-processing-times-12-months-applicants-057930.html

Sending emails to PM and Immigration Minister will do no good. I had commented on the link given above and spoke about how unfair the government is and the processing of files has actually become slower than faster for most countries..theres only a handful of countries that they picked to process faster. Basically bashing the government. They published my comment this morning but I am guessing someone didn't want the govt bashing on there so this evening when I just checked, they have deleted my comment. Just to make themselves look good. So I don't think emails is going to make any difference either...they will just hear it from one ear and out the other. But it certainly doesnt hurt to try but I think all we can do is just be patient for now...nothing is in our hands really.
