Your wife has to do the case specific inquiry. If you do the case specific inquiry then you should also upload the consent form.

You can write a letter with updating email id and her signature at the bottom.

if i just do online and fill all my wife information by myself

They didnt write my wife email in PA's contact details so i did case specific inquiry and fill alll my wife info and included my email for further communication. and in my second Notes i saw that they added my email address in her contact details. so now all communication will come on my email address. Which already started they asked for additional marriage photos through email.

In notes which was applied on 16 march and I got them on 18 April it is written that nothing started. Now I m thinking that I should go for pm enquiry as applicants who are around my timeline got ppr. Suggest should I go for mp enquiry

According to me u shld wait fr a week n half....hopefully u will recive some update ....as currently ndvo has shift their pattern of processing and absolutely it must be good fr all the applicants so jus wait and watch fr a week n then go fr enquiry....still go according to ur gut feeling....
U may directly call ur m.p asking that u want to do enquiry for ur ongoing spousal sponsorship application and need the appointment fr the same or if u r writing email or letter thn mention subject as enquiry abt family class-spousal sponsorship application......mention ur file's background detail with complete timeline with file number n UCI number...attach set of notes to it ,u may even attach ur s.a n aor2 email printouts and request them to look in the matter.....dont say that ppl around u hv gt visa .....u can keep that as a last option for doing follow up if ur m.p is not coperative....
This is what u shld include still other members can gv their input......best wishess

U had only earlier mentioned that time fr processing trv is 22 days so kindly wait fr this week...it may sometimes take more time than mention on the website bt more or less time cannot help anyone to decide whthr u vil get trv visa or not....so hang inn n keep praying hard .....u vil hopefully soon hear back frm visa office...best wishess to u
