Your best bet to know is apply for notes when your file matures 9th or 10th month is the best time

Feb 2015 applicant, I am thinking we'll hear back from NDVO around Jan 2016.

Its a shame b/c last year, two of my friends got visa within 8 months. Not sure why they are running behind.

just apply for notes like in last week of December or first week of January
you can surely see if you passed the eligibility by then

My wife's medicals will expire on Dec 12th. She is already here on a TRV. So have to find out if they do remedicals with out the request letter.

I got my notes today. As I mentioned earlier in the forum, I applied on Jan 26th and my file changed to In process on October 9th. According to the notes they haven't started anything with the file. All the assessments say not started

Hi, wait till you get a request, Visa officer can extend the medicals. So wait till you get the request.

i apply trv online for my wife india on :19 oct 2015
still show open but its almost 24 days already
