can you please share your interview experience if you don't mind

The visa officer was nice. We had an interpreter. He asked myhusband the following questions:-
*my dob
*my address
*where i work & how long i been working for the company
*salary earning
*my 1st anniversary visit details
*what gift we exchanged on our 1st anniversary
*dates i came to india after marriage
*why no plan for kid yet
*where we went on our 1st year anniversary together
*why we had arranged marriage
*who arranged, name of the person

Above are the main questions they asked but you have to well prepared. Go through your application, apply GCMS notes. My husband's interview last 25 mins.

Hi m October 2014 Applicant. I got married in April. My husband is Canadian PR. It has been 16 months we got married and I didn't met my husband after that. He went to canada in July 2014 after marriage. My status is still AR MR. Now we r planning to apply for visitor visa. Can any one guide me regarding that. Does it have any affect on my spouse immigration file. Pls share or experiences. M very much depressed.

You can apply for visitor visa and it will not affect your PR Case. Actually ur husband should also do MP inquiry and apply for notes. i am also october applicant and there is no updates on my file too.

But you can apply visitor visa regardless of all this.

You have long way to go. They havent started october yet. So basically wait at least 3-4 months.

my husband has no travel history

i think NDVO is picking files randomly, iam sept applicant and still all iam getting AR MR.
some people are saying due to work load they have sent files to other offices like colombo,poland etc
i tried to check the same with NDVO but they informed me that even if they had to sent files to other offices they will first inform us.
i have even applied for notes and nothing regarding file transfer appeared in it.

i wonder under what guidelines do these ppl work as i can see few ppl who have got IP as back as dec'14 /jan'15.

All we can do is wait and pray..

Currently NDVO is also working on september applicants. so you should expect some updates in coming months. dont worry.. you are almost there.

How can you say work visa?? I dnt think we can apply work visa, it's not for Outland spouses I think.

No ways will the PR visa be delayed if you are in Canada on a TRV. My wife is here on TRV and another 2 months it will be 2 yrs of our marriage and so far no PR visa yet; well, that's life at times
