Sahshi,

There are two (types ) UCIs

First is the UCI of your Husband (Sponsor). He must have got it long back, during his PR process. He must have received this UCI on the SA letter.
If you check ECAS using this UCI and his DOB, you can see Decision Made (Sponsorship Approved), Sent letter on XXXXXX about the decision made, Sponsorship application of (your name) received on XXXXXXX, Medical results have been received etc

Second UCI is known as Client UCI (it's your UCI) and you must have received it on the AOR2 you received from NDVO.

You have to check ECAS status using the second UCI (Client UCI you received from NDVO) and your DOB, Country of birth etc.....So that you can see current status of your application like, AR, MR, IP, DM, PPR...........

You can check your application status using File Number too (Application Number / Case Number in ECAS)

i get the same message that we were not able to identify you.. please check the information you have entered. Does the file has to be in process to see any status on ECAS or something is wrong with my account or details??

Hi preetiv we are on the same boat still IN Process from 14March 2015. Applied on 18june 2014. Medical Reassessment on 25March2015.

File need not be in-process state to see status. Now you should see "Application received on xxxxxxx and Medical Results have been received"

You must have got the second UCI (Your UCI aka Client UCI) from NDVO on AOR2. And you are supposed to check application status using this one and your DOB, Country of birth etc.

Didn't you receive AOR2 from NDVO?

Bir I only received a letter saying ur file has been approved n transferred to new delhi...that's it.I have using uci mentioned on that letter. Please guide me what exactly m I supposed to do. And ya one more thing my ecas status says AR but there is no information mentioned regarding medicals.....m worried now

Go to court with your case number and apply for petition copy. Any lawyer in the court can assist you.
You need to know which court to go to.
Is it for applicant divorce petition or sponsorer divorce petition? Is you sponsorhip approved by CIC?

Please share your timeline first.

You (principal applicant) said, you received a letter that the file has been approved. But it should have been the other way round. Your Sponsor (who is in Canada) must have received a letter/email that His Sponsorship Application has been approved and the file has been forwarded to NDVO. This email will have his UCI and File Number too.

After a couple of weeks, you are supposed to receive another letter (AOR2) from NDVO that they received your file and it will have your UCI (Client UCI). From your messages, I understand that you didn't receive AOR2 yet.

They are many, including me, have not received AOR2 from NDVO. In that case, they will not get to know their Client UCI and file arrival date.

Since I was in the same situation and NDVO didn't reply to my mails asking Client UCI and File arrival date, I sent emails to CIC Case Review Department and got the reply in 4 days.

Hope you have seen my post (two days back) about that. That post has Email IDs.
