NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Its been more than 2 weeks after we got DM,,, no news yet, send case specific e-mail, e- mail to NDVO, ask for MP enquiry....... Still awaiting patiently to hear back from anyone to know what the Decision is........ Absloutly no clues about what happened to our file after DM. It does says Medicals dosent matter after DM but we didnt hear back from NDVO or CIC ......what to do next...... Please anybody have any idea about what happened........???? Or what will happen.....? Do we get interview call after DM.....???

If they sent you passport request through regular mail. It will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Just have patience.

Btw when they say decision made, it means you are all good! If they had any doubts, they would have gone for interview request and not a Decision made.

Sending so many inquires just delays everyone's file more since they spend time investigating instead of processing files.

ha ha actually i donot understand how to react on this ?? i was roaring on CIC "my 16 months is over " "My 16 months is Over" now i donot understand where i hide myself. i m totally getting mad

I agree with Draxz. You can apply for visitor visa and it will have no bearing on your PR application.

See the following thread about how to apply for visitor visa. It also involves a lot of paper work.

Hey and we all are suffering. But you need to find a way to be in a long distance relationship with spouse. It is difficult but not impossible. Just imagine yourself that if you hadn't married a canadian citizen, what would you be doing with your life. Just keep on doing that.

My company has a branch in Canada and it has few clients there as well, so they have agreed to initiate my work permit. But my concern is if it would affect my PR in any way? In case my work permit gets rejected will it affect my PR? Any thoughts?

But those *************** *********** ***** ******* ********** *********** sure likes to take time and add more and more of process time.
Like 16 Months of time wasn't enough. Also update date mentioned is July 10, 2015. ??? So they can still update in a month and and say new process time is now 18 months.

Oh my god today I have completely lost my patience now those ******* **** can sleep one more month on our files neither giving pr nor issuing trv literally ruining our marriage life.

Did you receive Passport back with Visa already?
If yes, Please share your date of visa expiry and when you received it.

I guess your ecas status didn't show in process and you directly received call for Visa. Am I right?
Were you able to find out when your file went in process?

Asking these many questions cause My wife is from Gujarat as well.
