Hii all,

I have got AOR2 for my huband's sponsorship. We didn't send the original PCC when we submitted the application. Now, we have to submit it to the NDVO. How do we submit it? Need Address info ? Cover letter should include what info? Please help.

Hai neetha for a safer side take a colour Xerox and a scan copy of the pcc as a back up
Send the original pcc along with a covering letter to the address given in the e mail

What does " In Process" status in CAS means?

In process” means that a case processing centre or visa office has received an application but has not finalized it yet. Therefore, for the rest of the application processing time, Client Application Status (CAS) will show the application’s status as “in process.”

As per the glossary in CIC website, "In Process" means When an application that has been sent to CIC has been opened, checked for completeness, and an employee has begun to process it (enter into the computer system, etc.).

In Notes it states file queued for interview. They haven't touched the file since last Oct. Don't know what these morons are doing. Shall i go for another MP Inquiry .....16 month will start in July, still no news. I am losing my patience day by day.

Hi fiza, what's the due date on your file. I don't think MP could do anything. My local mp did three queries, which were mentioned in my recent gcms notes.New Delhi only gave him standard reply that my wife's file is queued for interview. Even though MP is from conservative party and is very close to pm, but still his query couldn't pace up the things. This wait is acting like slow poison now.

There is no address mentioned in the e-mail. I want the address to which I can send the original PCC. And can I sent it through registered post with tracking?

I have filed pr application for my husband. Here is the timelines :-

Category........: FAM
Visa Office......: NDVO
App. Filed.......: 3-Mar-2015
AOR Received.: AOR 1 - 15-April-2015 , SA- 07-May-2015
File Transfer...: AOR 2 - 15-May-2015

so I wanted to file Visitor Visa (TRV) for him now. Do I need to mention anywhere in TRV forms that his PR application is already filed ? Can we file two application ?

can anyone share the format for invitation letter please ?

Under the Notes section there is another line added. It wasn't there when I ordered notes in Jan, noticed in second sets of Notes which was ordered in April.

The due date for eligibility was June 9th, 2015. It doesn't mean anything to them.....theses F***king morons just don't wanna work and are ruining peoples precious time
So freaking upset on this whole process.......we are being punished for no crime :'( :'( :'(

So the bottom line is NDVO lost your first medical,that's why they asked for full medical..
Any idea does medical get extended coz I read somewhere it gets extended but don't seem to be true as everyone is getting remed request .

if i understand correctly, NDVO can extend medical for upto 3 months but that;s only the case where your expiry date is close enough and they are almost about to issue you the visa. Imagine someone getting visa stamped with a week left on medical validity. that could cause a few issues. This allows the applicant those 3 months of time to make travel arrangement to Canada.
