Hii all,

I have got AOR2 for my huband's sponsorship. We didn't send the original PCC when we submitted the application. Now, we have to submit it to the NDVO. How do we submit it? Need Address info ? Cover letter should include what info? Please help.

Yes I applied 4 weeks ago I'm going to call my consultant today and see if they have arrived....
I doubt any updates but worth a try this wait is killing me....

Hey,

As you know a PR holder is required to be in the country while the application is in progress but its understood that we can take a short holiday for 2-3 weeks and anything over will only cause a trigger that the sponsor has abandoned and has moved outside the country thus making the application invalid.

I would say a month max and nothing more..

Have a soft copy of originals, and upload them through Case Specific Enquirer as well [just my opinion]

Hey Fiza, sometimes they do waive it if they get all the answers or proof from your file. Hope that's the case for you!! Did you get recent notes ??

Do u have any idea that how long a sponsoror who is a pr holder can stay outside canada while the file is in process
Coz i read somewhere - not more than 2 weeks as canadian vacation cannot be more than 2 weeks.

Maximum 21 days not more than that my husband had come in the month of March for 21 days then he had to leave

In Notes it states file queued for interview. They haven't touched the file since last Oct. Don't know what these morons are doing. Shall i go for another MP Inquiry .....16 month will start in July, still no news. I am losing my patience day by day.

Fiza they count 16 months from the date NDVO receives you file which I believe is June 25 or 1 or 2 days after. The date that is mentioned on the AOR 2. so 16 months will be in August.

Same is my case they sent AOR2 on August 7 so 16 months will be on October 7
