Hi Guys, Just wana share some news.. I contacted my local MP and had a long talk with her in reagards to my file. She suggested that once the strike is over I come back and see her and she will contact New Delhi office and find out the progress level.
And also said once the strike is over the office will be hiring extra help and working overtime to get the file out.

Just want to give some hope that. and wish all you guys the best.

Don't worry u will get it soon I'm also waiting fir my PPR since march 2013
So u r not alone dear god will do something for us.

I have seen many cases where PPR was a bit late but after PPR the processing was faster than the ones who got PPR in much earlier phase... dont know how these guys work but thats what I observed so far... so hopefully you guys also fall in that category...

I have couple of news to share, friends.

My GCMS notes has come with the following:
Eligibility: In Progress (Recommend Passed)
Medical: In Progress
Security: Not Started
Background: Not Started

And after 8 months, my eCAS status has just changed yesterday to Medical received.
It has always been showing just 'Application Received' since Feb.

The wait is getting longer and longer !
Hope those guys understand our frustration and get to work!
I wanna make a trip to India in October, since the wait is getting really longer.
Hopefully I'll get to know something in next GCMS due by sep 5 to make that decision.

My GCMS mentions : Medical passed rest all not started but theres a section which mentions due date for all the security, criminality n background which is 16 Jun 2013. What does this mean

In my case its 17th July that is one week after applying for GCMS. So as you have applied on 6th July if I am not wrong then most probably this status will be of around July.

hi can 4 visa... can u plz tell me how to apply for gcms notes...my wife is sponsoring me...what we have to fill in consent form???who have to sign on dat form ???me or my wife(main sponsor)??wat is the meaning of "your designated individual full name"???????plz respond asap

Yes now we will stress until Decision made! When did they start working on your wife's file (it says when you click on In Process)?

This is GOOD NEWS for all of us. This is the most action this board has seen in months. Praying for everyone else to get some positive news.

It says started working on the file on 7th of Aug.
