This is GOOD NEWS for all of us. This is the most action this board has seen in months. Praying for everyone else to get some positive news.

Hey, thanks @can_4visa.

The last correspondence we had was from Mississauga saying that the file is being transferred to NDVO, as the decision had been made here. That was March 14, 2013. I am hoping they have received the file. E-Case has no updates since then as well. Not sure if there are other avenues to find out, knowing that they are really bad at replying to emails.

Its saying in process now, we sent our passport on 7th august...

make sure you are using the FAMILY name of the person you submitted the application NOT the sponsor. Use the UCI of the applicant, not the sponsor. This happened to me at first too. My husband's last name is Ahmed, but for some reason they used Khaja. Check your application to make sure what names they have used.

Are your the sponsor or sponsored spouse....Assuming you are the sponsored spouse in India if you login with your credentials or check your status from sponsor's login..what is the address showing up there.

I am sponsored spouse. It shows my Lawyers address in canada.

OMG!!! I checked E-Cas today and my husband's file has gone to IN PROCESS!!!!

After months of no change this is such good news. I know it's not a Visa or a PR, but it is something!!!

I am sponsored spouse. It shows my Lawyers address in canada.

There are two addresses one for sponsor and one for sponsored and according to you both are Canadian....According to you none of them is showing up your Indian address you fill in the applications ? try login with file number, and your spouse credentials in India..
