Hi am4u2ster, things are steady for now. I mailed the documents on march 11 so let's see how long it takes now.. what abt u ? Anything new?

Thanks to fookin New Delhi embassy which almost ruined love marriage relationship......just let me know guys wheb can I sue the embassy when its already 6 months that they had my wife's passport..sept 25the embassy recieved the passport n till dat there is no contact from embassy.....what r they doing with the passport....taking it in their ass one on one....each and every documentprovided to them on time still why they can't understand that its not just a file....its lyf...its feeling...its relation.....Wish God give them punishment same as of this by separating them from their partners....a
Atleast put proper info at ecas....that whats whats going on with case....

try hiring a lawyer or go thru area MP..I have heard if u hire a lawyer OR go thru ur area MP they may respond faster....

. Hi sep24.12 I got my file in process on 23 feb and ppr on 26 feb ... But don't worry they will ask ASAP .... I know worries happen.. but we don't hv any other choice except hoping.,,

Am I supposed to send a self addressed envelope along with the passport (planning to send it by courier) for the PPR?
As of now, it's just the passport and the AOR from the Delhi VO i'm planning to send.
Is there anything else recommended to be attached (I have already sent the PCC and the medicals)? Please guide!

Hey guys,
I have been out of this forum for few weeks as i was busy in few other things....got reply from CHC about my query and they said they need some kind of authorization from my spouse to release information on the file....did you guys have any experience kind of this before? i guess we might need to send some kind of signed form to them for consent......and also, an update from my side: file is showing IN PROCESS finally i just checked it last night and it said they have started processing on 15th march i guess they generally give DMs within few days if all is well...i hope they wont ask for PCC as it already expired in December last year guys i checked the spread sheet.....Oct batch is ON...good luck to all!!!

You don't have to send self addressed envelope. I think passport and cover letter is enough unless you have any additional information you want to provide NDVO.
