I agree that these people working in NDVO doesn't have feelings of whats going between genuine couples who have married since long time, submitting applications for spousal sponsorship approval and eagerly awaiting to meet, hug, love each other and carry on a life happily with their partners, but i am also satisfied with angel.forever saying that once the application goes Inprocess and PP is with them then its a sign of visa issuance so wait for their reply.

Saying that u don't have a genuine marriage in the first half of the interview is I blv part of their job ...

Whatever we have read on this forum earlier is that when the VO is not satisfied they simply refuse u n return ur pp back ....

What interest he would have to hold ur file for so long then extend ur medicals ( which normally no one is experiencing ... All r going for re medicals )

If u don't mind me asking , was their any issue in ur divorce case or was it with mutual consent .

Nope... We have no issue..
This is a simple uncontested divorced with both of us mutual understanding.

Eligibility does not mean the first stage ... Whether or not u r eligible to sponsor ur spouse ..

JUST THINK POSTIVE U KNW MY FILE WAS REJECTED 2 TIMES THIS IS THE THIRD IM APPLYING.....ND VO ALSO TOLD ME THAT MY MARRIGE IN NOT GENUINE , THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT I MARREID SO HE COULD GET PR... THEY HAD SAID ALOT OF BS TO ME... I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING MY CASE AND i HAD HIRED A LAYWER FOR THIS... IT WILL WORK OUT FOR YOU IN THE END..

Here my case...story....My hubby and i have been wid each other since 2004... Im canadian citizen in ottawa for last 25 yrs and hes BORN AND BROUGHT in baroda ..

1st time applied 2005-- which got rejected..NDVO said the my husband is not my real husband it was all fake and i had set up the marrige
just to get a PR for him..i DIDN`T APPEAL WENT FOR A FRESH START.. CUZ APPEALS TAKE TO LONG...

2 nd time applied 2008- so i applied agian NDVO SAID THAT THIS MARRIGE NOT GENUINE ND HE WAS LACKING INFORMATION OF ME
WHEN my HUBBY WENT FOR THE INTERVIEW HE HAD TAKEN ALLL OUR PROFFS OF DOCUMENATION.. THE offiicer
told HIM IT WAS ALL FAKE (western union money recipets, hotel bills, travel iteneiteys) She said to him any1
can make this on a computer.. she threw all the cards and documents at his face. it was horribllleeeee 6 hr interview.
she had asked him soo many questions.. tried to mix him up with his answers.. to get him confused.. at the end she
she told him that she was not satisisfed and he kept miXing up his answers. And this whole realtionshiop is not real Cuz
we had been doing long distance for a few yrs... so I pakced my stuff and flew to india to go live with him to show

It is so silly .... When from 2005 to 2008 n then to 2012 , if u r still fighting for him , doesn't that says it all ..

I know it's easier to comment then actually go thru all this trauma ..... But first time only going for an appeal wouldn't had made things easier n faster ???

But we all on this forum forum will pray that this will be the end of all this crazy stuff n u will get thru finally ..
