Wooopppiieeee...finally got my stamped passport..... ....received it via registered post.

The ECAS is still down though......my last status on ECAS was Application Received...means it went directly to Decision Made...

Aug and Sept 12 Applicants might receive some good news this weeeeek.... 8) 8) 8)

I am so happy so is my wife.

Thank you everyone on this forum for your moral support all these days and specially when ECAS was down. The spreadsheet is awesome.

I think so, because few members around here received a passport to redo the medicals,

but this is what i believe for the reassessment

read this...

Review the medical file to determine if there is sufficiently relevant and up to date medical information to provide a new opinion of admissibility on health grounds;
Request additional medical information if a new opinion based upon the existing information in the medical file is not possible;
Assess the medical file including any new additional medical information as needed;
Provide a new opinion of admissibility or inadmissibility on health grounds;

Enter the new ‘M' profile in the CIC electronic platform (such as GCMS or FOSS);
Send an e-mail to the officer who requested the reassessment to confirm that the process has been completed.

They should be answerable as to how they work .... I mean after having an interview and after the VO being satisfied , still they are taking so long ...Good for people who are getting thru so quick , but what bout the cases which are being held for so long ................

Today nobody knows whats happening at their end ...........just wait wait and only wait

From the email they sent you it seems they have already sent a request for re medical and probably you have not received it yet. Maybe you will be getting it shortly. If you don't receive it in a week send them a case specific query.

I don't blame you for that, we both are in the same boat. as our case is much similar and similar time line.
I think yours and my wife VOs is the same, and he forgot both of you.
Whenever my wife phoned me my first question did you hear anything from them..
Things are getting crazy.. but we have no choice.. its better to wait..
I know some peoples around here getting a quick response..
If anything happen it happen for the best..

But the mail my lawyer received said , that the visa office has asked for medical result extensions . They will contact you if the extensions are granted and/or if anything else is required ...
