Just contacted the CIC help desk on 1 888 242 2100.
The representative said that there is no such rule/policy/condition that a PR cannot leave a country if the file of a person is in-process/received/sponsorship-approved by the CIC.
Only thing is when we get the visa we should enter canada before the Visa expiry date on the PP.. Now what next?? ???

could any buddy tell me i send passport by ragister indian post on 21 aug and nd vo recived 27 aug as per post stape and i got staped card back and they stamped immigration ragistary new delhi. So i am confuse bec i addreshed visa officer, canadian high commison santi path canakyapuri new delhi and pin cod. I not mention post box no so i worride chc nd recived in immigratin section and nothing any updat and replay .

there is nothing to worry about. po box number is not required
