Hey congrats elixir, and wish to happy life in Canada and can you tell me whats was the status of your ecas when you received your PP with visa and when was the last time you saw your status and whats now showing so please can you let us know dear.

Thanks Scorpianking..i still cannot access ECAS site...still down...but last when i checked is showed app received meds received.. last time i checked Ecas was a week ago....

One of my friend applied for a Spouse visa and the timeline is as follows:
Application recd at Mississauga on 27 July,12
File transferred to New Delhi on Oct.29,12
Passport req. on Oct.29,12
Desicion made on Jan.30,13
Recd passport with visa on Feb.07,13

It was really fast, I think...

I really can't understand that so many members in this forum saying about a problem logging into ecas, so far I check my status in ecas frequently 5 to 6 times everyday but didn't felt any difficulty in accessing it.

Also an advise to ppl on the forum--- check ur ECAS once a week...the more you check...more desperate you will get...hence more depressed....
You all will eventually get the visa....JUST LITTLE PATIENCE....
