Where is your husband's passport? He would need that to do re-medical. Just like last time, find a doctor on using this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

He would need to call a doctor and schedule an appointment. I think passport is a must to take with otherwise they don't give you the medical papers.

Yes primoo they sent his passport back along with the letter..and the due date given is 1st jan 2014 once he sends everything then i hope they will issue his visa soon..

Hello Everbody,

Where can I complain about processing time. Our file is in processing from March 2013. We applied in the month of April 2012. It is still in processing. GCMC notes is not having any mistakes or red flags. But they are working on our file. We are tired. Six months back we have also submitted new Police and medical.

The prob with NDVO is tht they dont respond no matter how many emails you send.Why dont you try calling them maybe that might be useful..try to go for MP enquiry once and see..When did u apply for GCMS notes?

You cannot call them as there is no inquiry or helpline for family class sponsorship applicants.

Looks like we will have to postpone our interview... New Delhi immigration didn't get back to us and didn't send back my husbands passport so we will have to wait to hear from them On the plus side I get Christmas with my husband in Canada and our lawyer thinks we should be rebooked for an interview at the beginning of February 2014..... I just hope that the New Delhi immigration can actually start working a full pace now!

My file has been struck in New Delhi visa office initially with VO mistake (sent PPR to wrong email address) later we informed NDVO officer to put hold our file until we get baby.

Recently we got a baby and I wanted to start process my file again updating my baby details as well.

Do I get my passport back from NDVO to apply passport for my baby ?
What are the documents required to submit for adding baby as another dependent to the file ?

Please suggest.

Hi All,

Hope some people from New Delhi 2012/13 threads know me n my case.. To brief you our case was rejected coz acc to them they did not receive the additional docs requested after the interview In Time (60 days were given to submit add docs).. Though the docs reached well IN TIME but thanks to our VOs!! However after appealing (ADR) with God's grace they decided to re-open the case as the V.O accepted to have received the required docs after rejecting our case & So decided to resume our application.. N now we had received re-medical & re-PCC as the old ones had expired.

So now we have submitted the re-medical & re-PCC 2 months ago along with few Forms (updated addresses, background declaration, family history, so n so forth) they have asked to resubmit!!

P.S the e-cas status is returned to Application Received from DM as they resumed the process!!

Need your suggestions when can We expect our PP back with Visa??

Hello Everybody,

As most of you might know but I repeat myself again.

I am april 2012 applicant and application is in process since march 2013. Medical PCC resubmitted in April 2013.
Last month I got my second GCMS notes and status was same "Criminality and Security not started" "Interview waiver recommanded" "Relationship approved"
- My question is our lawyer is not doing any thing for us. Since we applied he has done only one inquiry. Most of the lawyers are behaving like this or he is something exceptional. He just keep us to shut our mouth and keep waiting.

How about other people's experience with lawyers?
