As far i know or from the information i got from other friends.. the Passport needs to submitted to the VO ND within 45 days...

I am new to this forum and a silent observer of this forum, use to follow this forum on daily basis, u guys r doing a great help for everyone.

Would like to know dat, is there any specific time limit to submit passport at new delhi. find below my timelines:

App.filed: 10th april'12
Approved: 19th july'12
PPR: 9th aug'12

can someone help me with my questions .

my MP got AN answer from NDVO. it says we are working on first review as soon as we are done we will contact with applicant. means they will contact with my husband my question is how many step they have like first review then wht? plzzzz can someone explain to me how they work cuz my due date is in first week of october i want my husband to be with me before the day .

if the first review wasn't done why they request the passport? just to give us more headache? i don't understand the way ND visa officers work.

if anybody got the same reponse plz let me now

i personally feel that its just an answer, they dnt want to give our file's position and u asked them through MP so they must have to reply. first review must be done till now its 2 months from ur file transferred to ND. so be relax and keep faith in god.

that wht i was thinking if they still doing first review how come they asked for passport .reply was from customer service deparment. i was confused so that's why i asked u guys thanks now i feel less strees i think they are just giving same answer to all the inquries

Yes its very normal i got my ECAs update after 10 days....so no issues after sponsorship approval
