Friend, I mean someone may know he is rejected only after 13 months.

How do you know that ? That's not True , What is source of your info ?

I just got PP back with COPR..One quick question came to my mind is that the visa is for single entry only. What if they won't let you in as PR for the first time and you have to go again for the landing?

Buddy of mines ECAS status changed from App Received to Decision Made overnight. He's from a visa exempt country.

Just wanna share my timeline: ( might be help to others)
Application Received: January 27, 2014
AOR: February 28, 2014
Additional Document: August 12, 2014 (NOA&T4 2013)
Medical Request: September 02, 2014
Medical done: September 13, 2014
RPRF & Paid: September 25, 2014
PPR: October 21, 2014
Sent: Oct. 22, 2014
VISA: November 04, 2014

We are planning to do the flagpole on November 11, 2014

I know the long wait is so stressful sometimes but just keep on praying and remember PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE.

Now, next step about the job search from outside Canada, toughest part (for those who will start searching it)
Can anyone give any other pointers other than regular job search sites (monster,indeed,linkedin etc.), any tips /tricks for surviving till you get your job

Also, at the time of landing in CEC they don't ask bank statements as proof of funds, but I do see people carrying bank statements for safer side. For those who carrying bank statement, how much is sufficient amount to have in bank account. (For FSW they say 10000 CAD)

Guys, finally I PPR a few minutes back even though the application status is still "Application Received" on eCAS.

My timeline.
Date of submission: Jan 27th, 2014
Date of AOR: March 3rd
Date of Medicals:Aug 18th
Date of RPRF: Oct 28th.

Thank you guys for all your help and support and I wish good luck to all guys who are waiting for updates from CIC.
