My ecas still shows app received after receiving the MR and biodata and RPRF. Should I be concerned?

No - sometimes VO's don't update it. Sometimes they do. If you have received everything it's all good

Totally no! this is the case for many other applicants, some VO's just don't bother

Also, here is what the ECAS website states:

"The Client Application Status site is updated weekly, usually on Tuesdays."

Even then they update any day - mine was updated on a Monday

I got my PPR one month after medical exam. Check my timeline on the left.

My ecas changed to meds received and decision made on the same day on December 6th.

Everything depends on the VO and your file. Check due date under APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT section of your GCMS file. Hopefully, thats the date on which you'll get the next update (PPR most probably) from CPP-Ottawa.

Couple of clarifications:

1) How much time it takes to hear back from CIC on PPR after medicals uploaded by doctor's office?
2) How long normally it takes to have the status on ECAS after doctor's office uploads the result?

I went on the 4th and they told me its hanna take a couple of weeks to upload as well. Seems like their speed has gone down. lol

Same here: We started processing your application on December 5, 2013

That's two days after I did my medicals. Not sure if these are both related - i.e. Whether they updated after receiving medicals...of if it's random.

Mine says We started processing your application on November 22nd, 2013. I am praying that we should get PPR before end of this year and we can get out passports back in Mid-Jan alongwith PPR. Hope this is realistic

Ecas now says in process, we started processing your application on December 4, 2013. My child and i are going for medical exam on the 11th. Congrats to everyone who got their MR 's and/or are done with it.
