Eds1275, Andy had submitted the letter of the reference with duties and responsibilities after he got his AOR, like you did.

So I think CIC considers the updated letter of reference, which means you will be fine! I remember your posts saying you are worried about this issue.

Can you advise how you got the PPR directly? I know you did upfront medical but that information has to be updated in the file so that immigration officer can take a a look.

I did my upfront medical but had hard time to convince my lawyer to send the proof and she did not and as a result I got medical request (for my FSW2 case).I am still waiting to hear from Ottawa on that.

Do you advise that I should get my lawyer send the proof of medical done on CEC application? I filed my CEC on 14th Jan.

If you had a lot of travel earlier, I guess background check takes long time.

What does your gcms say? If you have recommended passed, you're all good. Just days away from MR.

Folks at Ottawa have been lathargic for the last few days - no effin updates for us Jan applicants.

Argghh.. I need to see MRs this week.

Am I correct that because I have a lot of stamps in my passport my processing may be slowed due to background checks? I would have thought this would have been part of the security check and that this would be after I receive MR.
