I am completing one year in Canada in June 2013. I am planning to apply for PR in canada experience class. I am working as a software developer.Also curently I am not holding IELTS score. Shall I appear for IELTS now or shall I wait till june 2013. Also shall I hire some attorney or I can make the application myself. Please answer.

You have to wait till June 2013 to complete one year. Its time to start collecting documents including IELTS score. Better to complete IELTS as soon as possible. Regarding hiring attorney, you have to decide. If you can not fill your application by your self, you may hire Attorney. After you collected all the necessary documents and filled the applications, you may submit your application in the first day of second year.
