Great congrats to those who already got their MR's. Finally things started moving again for January Apss....

In theory this guys already should have received their MR or will received them in this week: aldast, Yum, Andy2109, Caribou, eds1275, Mamba07.

Let's hope this momentum continues for the next couple of weeks.

I'm wondering if they are sent during out of office hours - we saw something similar with AOR

Smooth. waited 30 mins (they slotted me in that day). 30 mins for med, x-ray and bloods.

Yeah may be. I see sudden influx on MRs on the same day followed by silence for next few days. I guess then few of us will have to wait until mid or end of next week. Most of us got aor on Sunday 17th February.

I am new to the forum. I filed my application on Jan 11th, 2013 to Sydney. Which was forwarded to Ottawa on Feb 19th, with confirmation in AOR. Since then nothing moved. I have some queries :

1. I received my criminal check done later in Aug, 2013. Should I send those to CIC now?
2. I also requested for the current status "Privacy Act" on Sep 17th. They did not charge expected CAD 5. I have not heard back form them.
3. I saw several cases filed in Mar/Apr moving further, however mine from Jan 2013 hasn't progressed. The status on the website shows "Application received"

Request some help and advise on if I can and should any action.

Later in Aug? You should send the security clearance certificates, because they are valid for only 3 months.
You need to send the original copy(s) with your AOR number, name, DOB... so that CIC can add the clearances to your file.

Did the AOR email contain the details that your application is transferred to Ottawa?
