New application topping the previous one

Hi

I applied for immigration in Nov 2008 under NOC, 4141, which is not on the NOC anymore. However, I believe that for the last two years I have been working as 4131 (college n vocational teaching etc). Now its been over a year that I have not received any answer from them.

Should I send in a new application (4131) without withdrawing the previous one (4141) ?

You can if you wish, but at some point in time, one will have to be withdrawn.
