Never able to connect to CIC call center

I need to withdraw my BOWP application. Called CIC call center multiple times but ending up to same message. "Due to high volume of calls, cant connect"

Is there any other option to cancel the same? Appreciate your input

Use option 1-2-0 or 1-3-0. Try it back to back you should be able to get in queue.

Try 1131 option after dialing the CIC no.

Did the officer you talked to canceled your BOWP application right away? Or, did he/she say how long it was going to take? I sent them an email to cancel my application but haven't heard from them since.
