Unfortunately, I think you are right.

the ineligible part. Sounds like you don't fit FSW1 criteria or FSW 3 criteria.

I presume you have only two years of work experience and hence not in management.

No, I was manager and my spouse was university instructor that is eligable for FSW3. Do you think it is not enough?
base on this what do you think ?

Yeah, he blocked all PM's a while ago. He was asking ppl to please not PM him and ask for advice unless they made sure their inbox wasn't full and it started a discussion about if it was a good thing for ppl to PM seniors asking for private advice when they could discuss things in the open for all to learn from.

You were a manager before you started studying but you only have two years of work experience so I think I maybe giving you the wrong information because you haven't been clear. I think you need to be clear before i can answer.

Sorry for confusing.
I was manager for atleast 2 years but I had 4 years working experience, before I started my studing. I am now a student in Canada, my spouse is just visitor( now,she is unemployed in canada). We are in canada since sep 2008.
We have applied for Permanent Residencey in Feb 2009. we sent our application and fee to sydny CIC.
I think briefly our situation is.
Now, Do you think we are eligible or not ? and Is it late ?
Thank you very much for your information and attention.

If you look under your NOC which is in the ministerial list and you perform the duties and the lead statement described there, then you may be eligible. I don't know how many years of experience one must have to be called managers.

If you do not have those duties, then you are ineligible and hence will get rejected most likely.

I am not sure if your wife can apply for FSW 3 after having living in canada in a visitor's visa. SOmeone else hopefully can answer that.
If your wife has experience in the ministerial list jobs, then she can apply for FSW 1.

If both of you are ineligible, then wait for CIU's reply to you from Sydney and depending on that, wait till Sep 2009 and apply under FSW 3 because then you don't need misterial list requirement (for FSW 3).

first send the application forms, cheque, address labels and copy of the main applicant's passport biopage to Sydney, NS.
Then once they say okay, send everything including documentation to Buffalo.

I know you may ask this later. You don't have to send IELTS to Sydney NS, no matter what the form says. You need to send that to your visa office later if they say okay to you proceeding from Sydney.

Hi ,

I would like to finalize my documentation to be sent to sydney . Please confirm if I am correct

I will need to send 1. The applications forms 2. Cheque 3. Address Labels 4. Copy of the main applicant's passport biopage.

How about these documents , experience letter from employer ? educational transcript copies? how about a letter supporting my english proficiency ?

I know you told me all this before , but would like to confirm things finally. What exactly is an address label ( is it something where I write my address on a white paper or some stickers )

Thanks,
Pavani
