Need to get passport for emergency trip

I have sent my passport to BSL/INdian embassy for police clearance certificate for PR but need to fly for emergency reason , how do I get it back asap, any direct contact details ?

It would be better for him to contact the Indian Embassy, as they have his passport, not CIC.
