I am looking for sugestions here
Employer want employee from india so which process is better and fast
options
1. Work visa
2. LMIA
or please help me with suggestion other than this
also help me with process
does it require IELTS?

#1 & #2 are the same thing. To get a work permit you need an approved LMIA.

No - IELTS is not required.

The first step is for the employer to obtain an approved LMIA. Expect this process to take several months.

The employee must then apply for the work permit. The step by step process can be found on the CIC web site.
