Hi All,

I am working in Canada on International Canada Experience visa. I have got my ITA couple of weeks back. I am almost done with my application. I had applied for an internship in Brasil back in 2009, which due to some university issues never came through. I had submitted a paper application. While applying for a canadian work permit, I didn't mention this in my application, because I read online that if you get your visa rejected, you will get a rejection letter until that your visa has not even started processing. I am not sure if I should put this in my Permanant Residence application. Can somebody help me out.

Thanks.

I m not sure if I got it right but why would you mention an internship in your application which never happened ?

please clarify - are you saying you applied for a visa to Brazil that was refused?

Yes, I did apply for a visa and submitted my passport. But my passport doesn't have any stamps. I got a call from the embassy saying that your application is rejected as the university had stopped taking exchange students and I need to recollect my passport from the embassy.

Well, then, explain that. It's not a problem. It is a problem if you don't disclose and it is discovered.
