Hi guys! Can anyone help.me with this scenarion. This is for my wife's cousin
Here it goes.

My wife's cousin is a Canadian Citizen, divorced from her first marriage with one child in her custody. She sponsored her husband 7 years ago. Her fiancee is a naturalized US citizen, also divorced with one child as a dependent. He has the custody of his daughter. they are going to get married this August and will file.for outland sponsorship aftewards. Here is the dilemna. She has work but is on low income atm. She is planning to sponsor her soon to b spouse. If she is low income can she sponsor her husband with his dependent? If not, can they only declare her step daughter as non accompanying dependent? Will that complicate her status in the future when they decide to sponsor her ?

Thanks for the advice!

yes, she can sponsor them. i sponsored my first husband and his daughter when i had a minimum wage job and children of my own, and there was no issue with my income.

Yes she can sponsor them. Theres so minimum limit she has to make, but if its very very low she may want to include some details as to how she will be able to finance them coming, but its not mandatory, just helpful.
