So I've been divorced now for a year and I got remarries nd I can't sponsor the new wife till a year a
Has passed to meet the 3 year requirement. Now my question is if my new wife comes for a visit visa.. Can i renew her visit visa until the 1 year has passed and then sponsor her inland?

She can try for a TRV but has little chance of approval. If approved, she can come to Canada and apply to extend her stay.

She can certainly apply for a visa. However she must mention that she is married to you. Failing to do so is misrepresentation and can land her a 5 year ban from Canada.
