Hlo friends.. what should be the minimum pay scale for health assisstant (noc B) employee to apply under cec. As i started this job about four month ago in a medical office . My employer is paying $12 perhour . Is it ok to apply for pr in future in CEC or the pay scale should be high to be eligible . Thanks

hi there,
you are in category B and you are getting $12 per hour. this is look like a labour pay of category D.
you can check minimum wages on cic web site by using your noc code.
or your pay will mention on your job contract when you apply for lmia or at the time of visa.
this can be problem when you apply for immigration if you are getting less than mention because you will send your pay stubs and t4s with your application.
