I submitted my passport on 17 november but my passport not return how many days will take to issue visa i mail twice to the embassy but no reply

it depends on which office your application is at. find the thread specific to that office and ask there. every office does things differently, so without further info, no one will be able to help you. your experience is not unusual at all.
