Your options are unfortunately quite limited. As mentioned before, if you want to claim refugee status you will need to move out of your home country and then be recognized as refugees by UNHCR. Your other option is to qualify and apply through one of Canada's economic immigration programs like Express Entry or one of the PNP programs. You can find information about these programs below.
