You should assume this will not be possible. If you want to find a way of getting to Canada, you will need to do this without have a job and employer.
Your options are unfortunately quite limited. As mentioned before, if you want to claim refugee status you will need to move out of your home country and then be recognized as refugees by UNHCR. However you will not be able to decide where you will be resettled.
Your other option is to qualify and apply through one of Canada's economic immigration programs like Express Entry or one of the PNP programs. You can find information about these programs below.

The rules are different for each province. You will need to spend time researching each program.
Yes - I would say it's hard. There is no easy program.
